TPC would like to THANK everyone that donated funds for the 2024 Walkathon. We were able to raise $16,847.60!! We want to give a special shout out to Lila Haber who brought in $1380!!!! All prizes will be forwarded to school on Monday. Thanks again to the students, parents, staff and volunteers that make this event possible!!!

Walk a Thon was a great time for all! Thanks to TPC for helping organize it and to all our volunteers for your help. You are greatly appreciated. Please be sure if your child came home with marker on them they clean it off before school tomorrow!

We have been informed by CPS Transportation that bus route 698 will not be available for transportation again this afternoon. Please make other arrangements to transport your child home.

Tomorrow, May 9, is our annual Walk-a-Thon! Students are out of uniform tomorrow, but should wear their Walk-a-Thon t-shirt! Please make sure your child is dressed for the weather!

Friday Walkathon Update!!!! The Village of St. Bernard will host another round of summer/fall sports signups at the Aquatic Center from 11am to 2pm on Saturday, May 18 and again on Saturday, June 1. Please stop by to sign up for summer swim lessons, Fall SAY Soccer, and Lollipop soccer. Swim lessons – $20 (all ages) Week of June 10th/17th/24th daytime or evening Winton Valley SAY Soccer – $40 Resident / $60 Non-Resident (ages 6–13) Lollipop Soccer – $20 (ages 3–5)

Fifth grade has been very busy. The chicks has hatch there are 7 roosters and 7 hens. The potatoes are still doing well and will be ready to harvest in July. The windmill farm is being tested to see which one is able to generate electricity. Please don't forget that tomorrow is second day of Air testing and the students need to well rested.

Parents and guardians, if your child takes bus 698 home please know that the bus is running late today. We will send another update once it arrives and students are headed out.

Roger Bacon High School Underwater Hockey Summer Camp In June 2024, the Roger Bacon High School Underwater Hockey Team will host its 16 th annual Roger Bacon Underwater Hockey summer camp for incoming (or rising) 6 th , 7 th , and 8 th grade students. Current junior high students will have fun learning the fundamentals of the exciting and unique sport of underwater hockey. The camp will be from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, June 10 through Friday, June 14, 2024. The camp will be held at Xavier University in the O’Connor Sports Center pool, and the cost is $125. The deadline to register for our camp is Friday, May 31.
